| 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. | ADI-Driven, Low-Prep, High-Engagement Strategies for Endless Enthusiasm! | Haiyun Lu Teacher burnout is real! From the everyday stresses of the classroom, to the constant planning, to the exhaustion of always playing catch-up, the school year takes a toll on us. It doesn't have to anymore! This workshop will teach you strategies that alleviate that stress while providing students with ADI-rich instruction. These strategies require little planning and result in high engagement and even enthusiasm! Shake off the feeling of burnout for good! |

| 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Coaching for Colleagues | Michelle Kindt and Amy Wopat This workshop is being held all day, unlike the other workshops, and is for level 3+ attendees (those who are very experienced and knowledgeable in ADI) Coaching is where practitioners of ADI discover their own strengths. Coaching offers a time and place for teachers at every level of their journey toward ADI to get questions answered in a non-threatening, non-judgmental way and to walk away empowered to carry-on and implement ADI in their own classrooms. The feedback in these coaching sessions is motivational. |
