Exhibiting will be held Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18 on-site at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, Philadelphia, PA. (the conference is from July 15-19.)
- Set up is Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning
- The exhibit opening is at noon on Wednesday
- The Exhibit Opening Celebration is Wednesday, 2:20-3:00 pm
- The final exhibit break is Thursday afternoon, 4:00-4:15 pm
- Teardown is Thursday after the final break, to be done by 5:30 pm
The Exhibitor Registration Fee is $300 and includes:
- One table
- One badge (with conference access)
- One extra vendor badge (with no conference access)
- Sponsorship of the Exhibit Opening Celebration
- An invitation to submit a presentation proposal (deadline FEBRUARY 15)
*For non-profit entities, the registration fee is $100.
